THE WHY

We exist to educate people about the human spirit. The spirit is capable of more than the vast majority of people realize or desire to explore. The spirit, while powerful, lives in a state of balance. It is our job to push the scales and cause imbalance in the system through knowledge and training methods for the purpose of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth.

Our WHY

  • Everyone has the license to fail, to succeed, to grow, to learn. We exist to empower every staff member in a way that shows them who they truly are, rather than who they are not.

  • Within each of us there is a desire to evolve. For few of us this desire is enough. Challenging the mental and physical is part of our wiring. While we recognize the fire to change and grow, we push for growth by challenging each person to find their edges, then to go beyond through a devotion to the process.

  • There is no status quo fluff in what we do. There is no filler. There is no special sauce. There is no limit because we are not confined to a box or one training method. We search for more ways to do the common uncommonly well. We are who we are because of our mode of operation. Experimentation drives our innovation. There is no fear associated with diving into the creative in hunt for greatness. Peak Movement [as an organization] will strive to innovate in coaching methodology and in our branding philosophy.

  • We believe disconfirming information is critical for our growth. Our system is designed to seek failure at precise times. It's what sets us apart. Not only do we not feel failure, we desire it because out of failure comes the process of evolution. We will evolve.

  • Our most lucrative tool we have is education. Not education from an institution but by being an educated by one another with the knowledge each one of us has gleaned during our life. This knowledge translates across all spectrums, into every area of life. Movement transcends performance training. It is a knowledge that we will carry with us daily. It’s why we do what we do. When we educate we develop the whole person.

  • We push for excellence, but not because we want to be like the greats before us. Rather due to our innate desire to be true to each individual by being true to who we are. We desire to inspire authenticity through authenticity.
